CLIENT PARTNER PROGRAM
Cogeo’s Partner Program is designed for nonprofits that deeply understand the value in creating a culture of development within their organization. These nonprofits will work closely with Cogeo to prepare and execute a successful fundraising campaign.
If your organization’s leadership and Board of Directors has the desire to evolve and attain significant goals -- either by expanding your programs, building or renovating your facility, or reaching bold financial goals. Cogeo Consulting will meet with your Executive Director (or chosen campaign delegate) on a weekly basis to set clear tasks and push the campaign forward. Cogeo Services will then complete those tasks alongside you, including data management, writing, designing, event planning, and more.
The Partner Program is an investment in your organization’s future. Because of our significant involvement, you should consider Cogeo an extension (or the establishment) of your own Development team. This contribution will allow your nonprofit to swiftly see its return on investment and more.
What to Expect
This partnership will be ongoing. The Cogeo team will uniquely coach and guide your team through a full fundraising campaign. Between Cogeo Consulting and Services, we will provide a clear path forward with endless support.
Cogeo will be available to your organization if-ever and whenever you might need us. We will ensure that you reach your fundraising goals. Below are just some of the steps we will take in the first 12 months.
MESSAGING Create a Case Statement
The first step in any fundraising campaign should be to establish the messaging and goals. A case statement is a tool that your team will use throughout your campaign to clearly and creatively communicate your organization’s mission, vision, and needs.
PARTER Cogeo Consulting will meet with you each week to discuss case statement strategy and progress. Our team will continuously edit and offer revisions to the content template, select the best images or provide images, and place quotes in the most appropriate place within the case statement. Cogeo Services will design and be available for any necessary revisions throughout the course of the campaign.
TOOLS Establish a Salesforce Nonprofit CRM database
Another crucial step when building a foundation for fundraising is to make sure your team has a way to properly and efficiently track donor data. Establishing a customer relationship management system, or CRM, is the best way to do this.

TEAM Develop your Board of Directors & Build a Steering Committee
In order for your nonprofit organization to evolve, you must have a strong leadership team behind you. Fundraising starts with your Board of Directors. Without their support, your organization’s fundraising journey will be slow moving. As well, a Steering Committee will allow your fundraising campaign to grow efficiently and organically.
PARTER Cogeo Consulting will guide you through leadership development. We will work with your Board of Directors to ensure full support and will work alongside you to build a Steering Committee. Cogeo Services will host meetings and engage Steering Committee members when needed.
RESEARCH Uncover Prime Grant Opportunities
Foundation outreach is a cornerstone of any nonprofit’s fundraising strategy. There are opportunities out there for every organization.
PARTER Cogeo Services will uncover which grants will be best for your organization to apply for. We will create a grant calendar and make sure all foundation progress is on track through a weekly call. Cogeo Consulting will work with the foundation to ensure that the application is thorough. We’ll review your application prior to submission.
STRATEGY Establish a Plan for Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Corporate Outreach, & Events
Then, we’ll help you execute.

PARTER You’re stuck with us! Cogeo Consulting will guide your campaign each step of way, suggesting when to implement certain tactics based on the uniqueness of your community and needs. Cogeo Services will work alongside you to execute tasks and goals that will keep the fundraising campaign moving smoothly.
What You’ll Need
In order to complete any of these programs, you’ll need:
Internet access
Computer or tablet
3-5 hours per week to work on lessons, complete tasks, and meet with consultants or donors
A clear understanding of or willingness to uncover your nonprofit’s mission, programs, goals, and fundraising needs
Access to your nonprofit’s data
Access to Board of Directors
Access to nonprofit’s community members
A great attitude and a willingness to work hard. Self starters welcome!
